David Macartney Managing Director
With over 30 years’ experience in the Photocopying industry, David brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Document Solutions UK LTD Leadership team.
Starting out as a professional footballer, David was a was pro-footballer in Scotland with Airdrie and Alloa.
Injury cut short David’s playing career however; footballs loss was the Photocopying industries gain as David excelled in this area and was promoted to a Regional Director at Konica Minolta at only 28 years old.
After 14 years in the industry, Document Solutions UK LTD was the brain child of David as he led the other Directors into starting the company.
Lee Allinson Director
With nearly 20 years’ experience within the Photocopying industry, Lee brings a fantastic set of skills for business development and account management to the Document Solutions UK LTD Leadership team.
Primarily looking at Education, Lee has been instrumental in Document Solutions UK LTD winning tenders in the Education sector.
Lee’s main skill is bridging digital integrated business services into the human office and how important technology is to driving business productivity.
Lee has an acute knowledge of Print Management Software and Document Capture & Management. They are also responsible for the management and maintenance of our Service Team, a key responsibility in Document Solutions UK LTD as we put our customers at the forefront.
Mark Friberg Director
With nearly 20 years in the industry, Mark is a fantastic Business Development Director at Document Solutions UK LTD.
With a background before Photocopiers of Fast Food Management and regular followings of his beloved Sunderland AFC, Mark took to photocopying industry like the proverbial duck to water.
Mark’s sales results speak for themselves as he constantly delivers over target for the group. His ability in building rapport, creating the solution on any client problematic is a massive asset to this organisation.
Scott Waterhouse Managing Director
In 1997 Scott graduated from University, with a BA Honours in Business and Finance. He then went on to work for Konica Minolta for almost 20 years.
Scott started off as a Trainee Area Account Manager, but quickly progressed through the ranks, specialising and being very successful in the Corporate Sector. His all-round experience was then put to the test, when he was tasked with recruiting and training a New Business Sales Team, to successfully grow the West Yorkshire and Humber Areas for Konica Minolta.
In 2017, after talking with David Macartney at Document Solutions UK LTD UK, Scott decided to progress his career and experience further, by agreeing to join the Document Solutions UK LTD Structure. Scott was put in place as a Director to set up plus run the Document Solutions UK LTD East region and business with the great support from the already very successful model within the UK business.
This new East Regions focus has been on New Business growth in the Yorkshire area and has been achieving excellent levels of growth with over 1300 machines placed in the area already.
