Document Solutions UK LTD will visit you to discuss your needs and the provide a free no obligation quote that is bespoke to your individual print management needs. After acceptance of our Proposal we then complete any installation works needed before providing ongoing maintenance to make your print management easy and hassle free.

We take as much information as we can from our agreement meeting and we want to do the majority of setup at our warehouse. We’ll preinstall email address for Scan to Email and take the IP and MAC Addresses in preparation for installation. We’ll preinstall the device drivers and work with your IT provider to ensure a smooth transition to Document Solutions UK LTD.

Our engineers will ensure there’s very little disruption to your working day during the installation. The remaining time the engineer is on site will be spent demonstrating and giving instruction on using our devices.

After the initial installation, our remote monitoring software will send us notification when a toner is running low and you’ll automatically receive one before it runs out.

If there’s a problem with our device, simply give us a call and we’ll dispatch an engineer to you within 4 hours to get you back up and running.
